Library of Living Voices is a podcast series featuring conversations led by Dr Monika Szewczyk and Dr Elżbieta Mirga-Wójtowicz with members of the Roma community and individuals connected to it. Each episode begins with the professions practiced by the interviewees—both those still active and those gradually disappearing.
The discussions address contemporary realities, professional and social experiences, and memories of the past. They reflect on everyday life, cultural transformations, and the place of tradition in the present. The series documents individual life stories that illuminate key aspects of Roma culture—both traditional and contemporary.
This collection forms a structured archive of oral testimonies, preserving knowledge, experience, and memory.
